Usps questions, somebody please answer me already. This is my third one in 12 hours.?
Hi, I am going to ship a few things tomorrow using USPS priority mail. I am not going to print out the papers online because my printer cartridge is out of ink. If I were to walk in to the USPS tomorrow and pay with cash and not with my credit card to ship the items, they will print out the addresses for me am I correct? Or will I need to write the addresses down on a sheet of paper and tape it onto the box myself?
Also these items are expensive, I am going to insure them for a couple hundred. Can I just tape it up myself now before going to the USPS tomorrow? Or will they need to check the items before they ship it since it will be insured? Thanks.

You will have to write the address yourself, you can pack prior to going there & tape it up. Insure it for what you were either paid (if sold) if not then you need to be as accurate as possible, if it's well packaged then the former shouldn't be an issue. If the value is over $250.00 you'll have to pay for signature confirmation. Again, package very carefully, usually i use those peanut things. BTW it costs more to pay at the PO then printing online.
